oh and when i’m playing BF3 or Tomb Raider on ULTRA, I get ~70 fps and no lags what so ever.
i was running
AMD Phenom II x4 940 @2.6
HD 7850 with Catalyst 13.1 not OC’d
8GB RAM ( 2x 4GB PC2 6400 5-5-5 @1.8v)
all settings on auto-detect and got ~ 35-55 fps in LA and more in less populated regions.
however in WvW my frames went down to ~ 15-20 when running around and in large combats i dropped even under 10.. so i decided to upgrade.
now i have this:
i7 3770k ivy @3.5
HD 7850 with Catalyst 13.1 not OC’d
8GB DDR3 1600 9-9-9-24
ASRock Z77 Pro 4
on auto-detect in LA, i can’t go higher than 15 fps. in other regions it’s going up to 40-60.
WvW is around 50 and in fights i drop down to 15-25
but the real problem i’m having with this is: even though i’m getting 60+ fps, the game feels like it’s running at 15…
my character moves around with rubber band effect and when using skills, it seems like the animation is missing frames.
i have no clue why my old sys runs smoother than this.
any suggestions?
And since my game froze and crashed right before we faced the boss , I didn’t get anything.
And since I’m on a different server, I couldn’t just go in again.
i’ve heard that too.
and i was following the prices of ghost peppers and they went up like 600% and are now at 1silver each…
i hope i can craft something with my 250…
