While doing various activities leveling and doing jumping puzzles, I have noticed a quite apparent issue regarding OOC speed and regen. Often times taking any form of damage will cause you to stay in combat mode indefinitely. This becomes a bigger issue when trying to teleport or complete any form of a jumping puzzle when you are in a combat state. The only fixes I have found for this are: return to character select screen, kill an enemy, and sometimes taking another form of damage will reset the combat state.

Condi Mesmer is absolutely awful in sPvP right now so you won’t be seeing any nerfs there.

But! But! I heard someone died to a Mesmer! NERF THEM ALL! TO THE GROUND!

It’s pretty obvious mesmer is a bit too strong now. There will probably be nerfs across the board on Tuesday anyways.
