Last in – first out (i.e. a stack based implementation) is used in bying offers as well as in selling offers.
As soon, as Arenanet will fix this, people will just trade 1c less than your last offer.

So, it doesn’t really matter if they do a stack or a queue (first in – first out) implementation: As soon, as someone comes after you, you’re lost.

• Crafting is fun but a big money sink. For example, it is economically better to buy bags from the trading post than to craft them.

• Did you calculate how much you really get from the AH instead of directly selling it to the vendor? Many people forget that the AH has 20% fees!

• Usually, it is better to sell items than to salvage them – crafting material is quite cheap, especially if you order to buy (instead of buying at once).

I personally play the Trading Post and made good gold from trading (offer to buy and then reselling) – 1g per hour is no problem after a certain starting phase.

Currently, I get around 1g per hour by using the Black Lion Trading Company.

Playing the Trading Post is obviously the most efficient way to get legally gold. There are lots of opportunities even for small silver investments. Take for example rawhide leather section which you can buy for 9c and sell for 12c – buy 100 of them and you make 4s profit. There is a huge turnaround in these section, so you’ll get those 100 in a couple of seconds and sell them very fast.

But you have to invest time! Learn and search for markets takes its time.
Even with experiments, I’ve acquired around 40g, so far.
