Very upset that today is October 31st and I cannot get into the dungeon because it has already been closed.
My husband and I created characters and we’re trying to play together but we can’t get on the same server. He tries to find the server I’m on but the game won’t let him go to that server. Is there a way to get some GM support with this issue to help move us to the same server? So far I have found there is no way of submitting a ticket or requesting GM support.
I found this fix for this issue. If you link a mobile authenticator to your account prior to entering the cd key you will not be able to register the cd key. Unlink the authenticator and then enter the key and everything should work.
My husband is trying to add the guildwars 2 game to his account but this is the error he receives.

This error keeps happening and his account name is not the normal name.numbers it shows up as a random combination of letters and numbers (hex). Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
