Two days ago, I wasn’t able to “add it to my wardrobe”, however this afternoon I was finally able to do so.

I have contacted support and although the issue hasn’t been resolved, they have suggested to me that this is a bug of some sort. Will let you know of the outcome.

I tried two different areas, Bloodtide Coast and Blazeridge Steppes, and it’s still locked. Thanks for the suggestion though.

No, nothing happens when I right click. “miniature locked” is greyed out. I’m new to the game and only have two other miniatures. I had no issues with either one of those. I even removed one of those two from the (preview) window in case that was interfering (on all of my characters).

I have received two of these. I am unable to add either of them. When I mouse over, there’s a “miniature locked” written on the tab. Does anyone know why this is and how to unlock it?

No, I haven’t contacted them yet. Today the Trading Post notified me I had to wait another 3 days before I could use it. I’ll contact them if this goes longer than that. I’m just saying this shouldn’t be happening in the first place for a paid account. That’s just stupid. I paid, I want what I paid for now.

I paid and added SMS to my account 2 days ago; still no access to the trading post

I can understand there being restrictions for those who are playing for free, but I’m confused why there are restrictions in place for those of us who have paid.

The moment my credit card payment went through I should have been given access.
