Guild Wars 2

I feel like a noob. Ive been searching in orr forever and cannot find any karma vendors. When I ask ppl where they might be located I get responses that i dont understand.
I have 95k karma saved up and I dont know where to spend it..

Can anyone tell me where an exact location might be for a few vendors? Something like what waypoint are they close to or something along those lines.

So im level 80

Is there multiple gear vendors for lvl 80 gear that can be purchased by both karma and gold? Ive only seen the vendors in my home city and was wondering if there were more?
