I get the damage reduction one, that’s pretty obvious. I’m more thinking about the “launch a barrage of grenades when you fall” or the “release blinding powder when you fall” part of it.

Both of those also contain damage reduction, which is certainly useful. Is the bomb/powder/etc component just for flavor or is that part of it predictably useful as well?

I suppose I’ll end up falling into a bunch of mobs someday and wishing I had it slotted, but until then I’m still curious.

I second this.

I guess I always assumed that the falling related things were for WvW or something else I haven’t done. I would be quite happy to see them replaced with something more generally useful.

And if anyone has any thoughts on when this sort of thing does come in handy, I’d love to hear about it.

I love all of your suggestions. I think customizing my appearance in MMO’s is a lot of fun and am in favor of as many options as possible. Especially the effects idea. + for that. Shoulders that dropped petals or leaves for my Sylvari would rock!

I second this. When I was playing LOTRO I spent a lot of money on cosmetic outfits and would gladly do so in GW. The town clothes slot is soooo limited, it’d be great to be able to actually have cosmetic armor slots as well. Please think about implementing this.

I realize this isn’t, in the grand scheme of things, very important, but I am going to suggest it anyway.

Please make the seating in Guild Wars useable. The modelers have filled the world with a vast array of chairs, couches, benches and the like. It seems a shame to have so many places to sit and relax and no other option than to sit on the floor next to the chairs.
