i recently purchased Guild Wars 2, and knowing that the game has been out for a while, i expected a long patch download after installation. The game installed fine, but i am having lots of trouble downloading the updates. The download speeds are overall slow, and drop to 0.00KB/s every few minutes. i tried turning off my firewall, but it did not help. this has gone on for three days now, and i just wanna play the game already!

i just bought and installed GW2 for the first time. The game installed fine, but now im donwloading a ton of patch files and im having the same problems that everyone in this thread is talking about. in addition to slow download speeds, the download slows all the way to 0.00kbs/sec every few minutes and takes forever to resume, if it resumes at all. it has been like this for three days. i am getting very frustrated please help me arena net!!!
