Its a PRE purchase .. the expansion is not out now, it will be release at october 23.
I purchased the HoT update early after it was first offered but never noticed any download. I have confirmed with Anet that I purchased the expansion and I do have an additional character slot, but have been unable to participate in the beta weekends. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

2. remove ALL rewards and costs
3. allow only level 80 in

Seems like we could really expand the depth of our characters if utility skills swapped with weapon swaps. Many utility skills are best suited to certain weapons, and it would be nice to have different set ups with our utility skills.
I think the OP has at least identified an area for improvement. It really is a shame that the commander rank wasn’t tied to achievements from the beginning. Would like to see it really mean something.
