Maybe they should just bring back player to player trading? Like in GW1. The mailing system obviously wouldn’t work for that because you could send someone your item and never get one back. Muwhaha.
You could make it work, just make the mail a trade screen. You click a button that says this mail is a trade, place your item in, mail to recipient, they put their item in, mails back to you, you accept and transaction complete.
Sure its a lot of steps and mail but it would be safe, trackable, and allow player to player trading.

I’m pretty sure this has been brought up before, but why can’t we make a PvP only character? I really liked that in GW1 and I think it would be less annoying to make a new character simply because you want to try a different profession in PvP. Instead you have to go through the whole opening so you can get to the Mists, right? Maybe it’s to encourage people to purchase more character slots. That’s my assumption. But the whole PvP thing just needs to be looked at in general, I think.
I played a lot of sPvP but then stopped because I got bored. The PvP doesn’t have much to offer in regards to variety. The maps are boring and repetitive. It’s the same goal each time, and you can’t really play with your friends unless you do a tourny. I miss having a team arenas and other types of PvP. I’m assuming they are going to be adding that stuff eventually. Until then, I’ll just sit back and wait in PvE.
Okay, so I uninstalled and reinstalled, and I’m having the same issues. This is really disheartening. I don’t know what happened. When I click the icon, nothing comes up, but I’m assuming I’m ‘in the game’ cause if I press enter, the tiny sliver I can see when I hover over the icon changes like it would when I select a character. I can’t see the game anywhere on my screen.
Any help would be much appreciated.
This is so strange. I don’t know what happened. If I clicked something or what, but the game is minimized to the point where I can’t see it on my screen but I see it in my taskbar as it’s running. When I mouse over it, I see the game a tiny, tiny, thin strip and I can see a bit of animation on my character select screen. So I know it’s running fine.
Here’s a screenshot of what it looks like. So far, the only thing I can think of doing it uninstalling and reinstalling, but that’s takes so long D= boo.
Any other suggestions?
