cant get in- there are NO demo character slots for me or old demo toons. alas i cant participate

Hi – I have been working towards my golden achievement and banking every bit of new gold that I get. I have banked about 50 gold in the last few days yet the achievement is not going up. Is there a bug and is anyone else having the same issue.

Hi I am chasing on behalf of a friend ticket 121121-002792. You said not to chase until wednesday. Well it’s not thursday. My friend has not heard anything from support but is eager to get playing again. Any chance this can be resolved soon?

My friend KingBuff.5861 has been hacked. His email address was changed so now he cannot get on to his account.
He got in touch with support over 3 days ago but hasn’t heard anything.
How long before he hears back and how long before his account is back online.
I thought this sort of thing would be rectified quickly?
