A friend got his account suspended from nothing. Opened 2 tickets already 3 days ago with all the required information (serial code, etc). Here are his account details (I’m posting on his behalf because he can’t even login at forum):

He just showed me the email and it didn’t said anything. Just that his account was suspended and that the guild wars team apologize, etc

He bought the game from a trusted gamekey seller website of our contry (it’s a game store website, which online sells only keys and steam codes).

A friend bought the game few days ago and when he first opened the game to play it, he got a message showing that his account was suspended. He opened a support ticket but they still haven’t answered him. Is there a way to check for his suspension motive?
