Oh man, it’s sad… because this problem is annoying me !!

whenever I try to enter the unranked or ranked , this message appears, I already did everything that was written in the tech support I believe the problem is not just me.
That’s my problem, i cant queue ranked or unraked.. it always pop it up !!
Same problem here, whenever i try to queue in ranked or unranked it does a error 42.. but ive tried everything to fix it..
