Guild Wars 2

for the last two months i have done the monthly but have not gotten any rewards, laurels or chests, I have raised this issue but it is going on for a few weeks now, if \i do the next monthly will i get the rewards or not, it seems unfair that i am doing the event but not getting the rewards for it, if some one looks into my logs u will clearly see that they have been done but not given me the rewards for them, i would like some expediency on this please as it is dragging on and will be into next month. best regards hope to hear from u soon
