http://metabattle.com/ is a good place to start, tho only builds that are generally very popular are posted on there, so it is definitely not the be all and end all of class builds. You will quickly learn what works and what doesn’t work for ele. Oh, don’t forget youtube videos, there are a lot of builds for ele in different videos for different gamemodes.

Is there a guide with up to date info about builds, attunement, what to spend hero points on, things like that?
