Does anyone have any idea when might we get another sale on char slot expension?

Hello, i’ve already asked for help with ticket system. Got no useful help except a constant request for crash report which i cant provide because the computer crashes to a screen that windows shows a blue screen with some error report. The info about the problem is here:

GW2 keeps crashing my laptop. Screen starts to fade out and i see vertical lines like fibers then screen goes black. Windows gives me a crash screen which shows me a stop code: ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY. The game is on ultra settings but the pc shouldn’t be having problems because of its specs, its an asus rog g752vl. Nvidia drivers up-to-date. No addons like shaders or anything. I have been having this issue since i bought the laptop so it has always been there. I don’t have any issues with other games like this. I’ve already tried repairing and trying to get a crash report but i cant receive the crash report for some reason maybe because whole system crashes to a blue windows error screen then resets the computer. I don’t understand why im having with just this game. Obviously the pc is way powerful than needed to give the performance wanted, i mean its capable to play in 4k.

I really appreciate help, because i don’t know where to ask anymore.
Also there is the GameAdvisor file attached.

Are the servers down or is it just me who can’t connect?

I have Asus Rog G752VS with 32 GB ram and when i click autodetect in graphic settings it chooses so low i cant even believe it. Even then i can only get 30-45 fps. When i sete the graphics to max the game crashes in crowded places like Lion’s Arch.

Is this normal for this laptop specs?
