Guild Wars 2

I myself paid for the game and it shows on my bank statement that it was successful, however I did purchase the game through G2A.com

he is actually suspended. He can not access the game.

I bought my brother GW2 yesterday and he has been playing, he recently just hit level 20 and then out of no where he is suspended. We have no idea why this happen, he has barely even got to play the game yet.

Please Help
