Hacked account, they swapped/changed my e-mail. Ticket is 72-hours old, which is longer than I even played the game. How about you do something about it, or give me my 80 bucks back…then again USAA already told me that they will reverse the charge if need be.

So,

I am logged onto these forums from my daughters account. I got hacked 72 hours ago, and I haven’t heard a peep. Is this a joke? This is probably the worst support I have ever had in any MMO.
