Honestly this is a shame for a company like this. You can spent money to research and develop good game, and incompetent to find good customer support. It time to laid off your staff and find better one.

i acquired the account from the third party due to i cant buy it online. it there any way if i rebuy the key from the gw2 website and reuse my account again because a lot of time spending on it?

I juz player 4 hour ago, and suddenly when i try to login, it said, your account has been suspended. No email or nothing been said.

Kindly check what happen.
