Want to transmute my storm eye (first mask) to an level 20 mask, but the rune will not transmute with it !
With my demon mask also first mask I got no problem ,its on a level 35 with a rune . So my question is ,what is the problem or what am I missing ?
Or is there still another way ,hope some one can fill me in ,thx .
