+1 for harsher penalties for afkers and people throwing in the towel after 30 secs.

There must be a way to penalise people who contribute close to nothing in a game.
Im no programmer but it can’t be that hard.

3 of those victories were barely won…

I personally think this is the most fair system yet. Not that the old systems were that bad.
Skilled players will still top the league and hopefully medicore players might finally realise no matter what the system they will always be mediocre.

I think some people here were hoping that somehow anet will create a system that would carry their mediocreness to the top.

Uhm absolutely not. Stop being part of the problem. Legit farmers are not the issue, they never have been. It’s a stigma that’s oddly solely been propagated here in this title. I’ve not seen it in any other game, not even the sub and F2P games I play off and on.

If the community wants to blame anything for the pricing in the TP blame the gold that’s coming in from outside sources, like Gem sales. This “Farmers should all go play something else because they are the devil” nonsense needs to go.

Let me also say that DR has removed exactly 0 bots since it was put into the game, exactly like all of the other historical counts of it’s use in mmo’s and other multiplayer pc games. If we took into account their reasoning for placing it in the game, it’s failed miserably as a gold seller prevention system.

Disagree, I have seen less bots since DR was introduced.

It’s logical that no DR = more botting.

Or you can pop on a GS and faceroll to victory.

If some of you BP players are complaining THIS much about YB’s zergs, I hate to see how much you guys will when you go up against SBI and FA….

SBI did outnumber us a lot, but they did not flash build 3+ superior ACs in open field before zerg on zerg.

I’m looking forward to the FA and SBI matchups. We may get stomped by them but we can learn a thing or two.

If you think Yak’s is bad with open field siege, you obviously haven’t fought IoJ enough. It is because of them that guilds existed along the lines of “Main hand ballista, off hand arrow-cart [IoJ]”

I didn’t say you’re bad at open field siege, you’re quite good. The speed you build 4 superior ACs before your 70+ zerg engages 30-40 people is beyond me!

We fought IoJ, before their guilds all abandoned. I don’t remember any open field siege, just 8+ superior ACs on every wall of every tower and keep.

Against your numbers we needed to, and even then it didn’t work.

emmm… from what i read in this thread, the conclusion is if you’re on a server with less coverage, you’re more skillful now ?

coverage and superior number does not equal more skills =/= servers with less coverage and numbers are more skillful.
