I get the same thing. Then when I try to recover account is says error contact support. I contacted support 3 days ago and no reply.
I can login to this website/forum no problem, but when I try on the game it says account name or info is invalid. If I go to reset password/account, it just says “error please contact support”.
I contact support and still nothing after 3 days.
I haven’t played in awhile, but I assume the account/login for the same is still the same as for the forum/arenanet?
Why can’t I get in, why won’t it reset, and why is support not replying after 3 days?
