Guild Wars 2

is this build still good and soloish ? or is there a better one ?

ive been searching around and trying to educate myself about the guardian class and other things and I came to a conclusion that the more I learn about the current meta game, the more clueless I become.

ive been leveling my alts now and got a guarding to 34 ( Norn ) and im bored soloing by myself. would be nice if I had someone who knows what he’s doing and already got to 80 to simply be there and help dps.

if theres anyone here whos playing a warrior or a guardian or what ever, at the range of lvl 30 to 36 , and is at “Lornars pass” ( note: Piken Square world ) please do add me ingame as i’d like to NOT play alone even tho its the fastest way.

or if you’re about to open an alt account\smurf\toon or w\e, and no-life it to 80 then i’ll gladly tag along ( any race but azura or sylvari for that matter )

I came back to the game 2 weeks ago but I already caught up with most of the important things so leveling is a breeze ( im not clueless as some may think due to my last thread. )

from what ive seen and experienced a year ago and nowdays aswell, anything but Greatsword is bad in PvE , to much AoE mob agro so it makes certain weapons useless.

it was called Cookie cutter build or something like that.. but with so many changes after a year im wondering if its still viable or if theres a different & better build

dealing more damage to kill faster or simply tanking and deal considerable amounts of damage while not dying ?

I haven’t played for a year and.. i’d love to know which Warrior build is the best to get to lvl 80 and be able to get Gold + good sets while soloing or at least maintaining proper course. if its possible id like a guide If there’s 1. I’ve been searching over the internet but finding numerous ones and most of them were outdated. im basically asking whats the best pve build + leveling fastest.

Greatsword with Bloodlust minor sigil for the 1st set but what about the second one ? should it be a rifle for engaging from afar before going fully all-in ?

also, which utility skills should I be using ? signets only ? and what traits ?

should I consider buying only power & precision or is it good investing vitality aswell ? ( price wise )

I know this class doesn’t require much and can go steamroll in PvE but I need to get to level 80 and simply be able to finance my account.

I made a Norn warrior ( if it makes any difference apart from taking elite spirit skills )

I just recovered my account and when I logged in it told me I need to verify that im logging on throught my account via email and that my “location” & network is mine.

after I did that I went into my account and to the “Security” tab and I saw “authorized networks” , a huge list of them which included china, Europe and the US. needlessly to say I removed all those connections.

does it mean I got hacked ? I haven’t downloaded the game yet so.. cant confirm.

also, my “loggin” location indicates that im logged in from Jerusalem ( Israel ) but I live in a different city as well as my initial ip is different. something perhaps that has to do with how the site finds the location ? or am I being paranoid for no reason ?
