Anyway, I don’t care whether my account could be recovered or not, I’ve lost my mood and feeling shame to play this game. I want to make apology to Anet support team due to my rude words previously made.

I don’t understand why my account closed and will not be reinstate? Can you explain to me? your weak judgement make me laugh! A perfect designed of game with poor management team, Anet team is totally unjust and terminating ppl anytime as you like! You even unable to know what I was doing in the game before get banned! I’m 41 years old, I spent a lot of time leveling to 80, because time limited, i dont even have time to think about what botting, what 3rd party program, etc, what I want is, relaxing and releasing my stress after working! Be honestly, I DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT BREACHING THE RULE!!!!! Pls reconsider and recheck my situation! Thx
