“121111-002801 Under review”
please let me know if there is anything I can do to speed up getting my account back. The “break” was nice and just what I needed, I got alot done with my home remodeling project, but I am going to be done with it tomorrow and it would be nice to play this weekend.
My account was banned on the 11th. My husband and I were grouped together in Fireheart Rise, he was playing his ranger, I was playing my minions necro, neither of us use macros or anything else but we were both banned at the same time for “using an ingame exploit.” He got his account reinstated the next day, but I’m still waiting. Please let me know if you need any info from me. Thank you for your time in resolving this issue.

account was banned 3 days ago, on the 11th. wasn’t doing anything that should have gotten my account flagged…..unless it is against the rules to group with your hubby while playing…both our accounts were banned…his was reinstated the next day, I still haven’t gotten an email regarding my ticket. Thank you in advance for your time in fixing this.
