I suggest rewarding players with Karma and increased reward (gold, drops, etc) for completing dungeons.
Currently all the level 80s are farming Orr, which you guys hate. Why? Because it rewards with Karma and gold to complete the legendaries they need.
Nobody is running dungeons other than to get the weapon, armor and gifts they need which can be done extremely quickly in a matter of 3 days, they can get Gift of Ascalon and then move on to farming Orr.
Another suggestion. Make another category of legendary consisting of all the dungeon gifts perhaps?
Look at all the beautiful environments you created and nobody is enjoying them. Instead players are mindlessly running around Orr.
All the DR and anti-farming was put in by you guys because the balance of dungeon and world farming requirement ratio is 1:10000.
