i did many test
1) talk to golem npc get bomb and place it. Underwater bomb start ghostfire and NPC stay at location in image. I believe now i suppose go to main deck which i did even jump to water. The next step did not proc. I did wait
2)this time i dont get bomb golem and as u can see my image i post above NPC stay same location.
So if NPC suppose not to move from that location than for some reason the next step never process through. The farthus i got is step4 cross out and 5th step never proc.
I will try play again tonight and post much more solid images.
Hi currently on S.O.Rall server and on lvl 76 Grispy Shipment.
I read around forum and saw many got same problem but most actually few more steps ahead. I tried many different ways and i come to conclusion that npc is STUCK.

either way i got the bomb or not the golem npc still stand at that same spot and i stuck (PLACE THE FIREGHOST IN HOLD)
i hope this fix soon need to move on the person story thank you.
