Guild Wars 2

After Dec update my game keeps crashing.
My screen turns black I can hear the music etc and I can use my mouse but the screen goes totally black.
I need to alt tab and exit the game from right clicking the tab then re-log.
I have re-installed gw2 but nothing.
There are times where the game crashes every 5mins but I would say I crash atleast one time per hour maybe more.
Needless to add how difficult this bug makes my in game life.
In WvW need to re-queue on fractals when I zone back in I am dead on tequatl I cant zone back in as the zone is full just to name few and in general I am considered a liability to any group I join.
I have never had a bug like that in any other game I have ever played and I played a lot of them.
It is by far the worst bug that someone can have in this game.
I hope one day you can deal with it.

Same problem for me 19/1/14 just finished a lvl 50 frac no reward.
Haven’t done and lvl 40+ after the reset…
Third time in a row…
This bug plus the bug where my screen goes black from time to time and I need to relog are the two worst bugs I have ever encountered in any game I have played.
I didn’t have any problems in the past, everything started after the Dec update.
