I just started this game. I created a character and receive some items for the start. But I deleted my character away because I wanted to create a new one. I didn’t know I can’t get back the same items again. Please help.

I created a character and I deleted it because I wanted to make a new class. But I didn’t know that my starters item would not be able to get back again. Please help, I am new and just started.
