Hi Gaile, first off I want to say I really appreciate you working hard to communicate with the players.

I’ve bought the Guild Wars 2 game from the official website with my own credit card (Nov 2), but for some reason I got suspended (Nov 9), and the ticket reply told me that I was a fraudulent buyer. They told me to buy the game again, so I did (Nov 11). After 24 hours (Nov 12), my new account which I bought from the official store with my own debit card (a different one from my first credit card) got suspended yet again. Of course I filed a ticket, but I expect to get the same answer: saying that I’m a fraudulent buyer.

I’ve been reading through this forum for the last few days, and I realized there are many other people who share the same issue. You do have to understand that it’s quite frustrating for the legitimate players who have no clue of what is going on, and this is all the more true because we have no idea if the support team is treating this seriously or not.

So this is what I want to know: does the support team recognize this problem? How much of a priority is this issue at the moment? I really want an honest reply, not the routine “support is aware of this issue and is working on it.” (unless that really is the case).

Is this issue considered somewhat trivial? Or is it a high priority for the support team? How is the progress: have you started to analyze this problem, or have you found out the cause for this issue? I just want to know whether support is working on this issue and how much of a progress is made so far.
