Hey everyone, so I love this game, I really do. And I spent $550 on a laptop the same day I bought this game. I’m a college student, and don’t work, so spending $1000+ was never an option. Anyway, I have the Pavilion g7-2118nr notebook pc. I have checked the framerate thread above this, but as some of the last posters in that thread have said, that solution was old, and out of date. I downloaded the trial version of WoW in order to compare framerate, and was getting 76-99 framerate on WoW on low, but I am only getting about 20-25 on this game on “Best Performance”. Is there anything I can do to get higher framerate, and thus enjoy this game 1,000x more?
Here are my cpu specs:

Hey all, I know d/d or s/d would be better to use whilst leveling, but idk, when I think of Elementalist, I think of staff. I’ve just hit lvl 50 on my ele, and up until now have been running alone with my d/d build, but want to change it up. I’m going to try and always have at least 1 person with me while leveling, but more than likely I’ll end up running solo like I have been thus far if no one’s around.
That said, can someone suggest a leveling build (and build in general) for staff, that utilizes “attunement dancing” like d/d builds? I’d also not like to go completely bunker if possible. Probably sounds a bit odd, but I’m trying to form what in my mind seems like the “prototypical” elementalist, whilst still being effective in PVE and WvW.
I’m lvl 27 right now, would you recommend this as a leveling build as well?
