I got a reply in my ticket that I sent them, they said I have ISP problems. But I srsly think there’s no problem in my side, or for that matter our side. If I have ISP problems I should be encountering the errors 24/7 but NO, like all of you I am only experiencing it during 7pm onwards GMT+8 but at 7am GMT+8 everything is fine

I was playing for 8hrs straight since this morning and like always there’s no problem, then now 5:30pm just like what has been happening before I keep getting lags, then eventually got disconnected. Now I can’t log in again. Please do something about this.

I’m having the same problems. I’m from the Philippines and I do notice I only get this errors during 7pm my time onwards. I try to log-in for 30+ times but it kicks me out. Sometimes I get in but I will lag a lot then eventually get an error message. I also experience the guild window not loading error and sever lag. Then I try to just sleep and wake up around 9am the next morning and everything will be fine. Please fix this I want to play with my guild mates but if I’m getting dc the time their on we can’t.

UPDATE: I tried using VPN and I got in fine, please help us fix this. I don’t want to use VPN while playing.
