I was looking for a place to discuss ideas for new guild decorations. Specifically my guild had the idea of having statues that take the appearance of whoever places them but still stone.

Signet of Courage: passive changed to heal 300/s casting time reduced to 2s ability to move while casting.
Anything less leaves it as completely unviable compared to the other elites

I’ll be honest. With just a cursory glance I can tell you that Signet of Courage is by far the worst guardian elite currently and you should probably use something else until Anet either buff it or retool it considerably. The heal is waaay too unreliable and even if you get the massive channel off (nearly impossible vs players) your team will be long dead and it doesn’t heal downed allies. So if you wish to be supportive run FMW or if you’re a loner run RF.

This and the removal of the innate 30% boon duration in virtues has killed shout support guardian for pve. The boons last maybe 4s? seriously? how does that have any impact on gameplay when other classes can self tank our whole burst then deliver 40-50k condi bursts?

Are there any plans to add boon duration back into runes or traits now that we’ve lost 30% from virtues?
