Hi,

Feeling uncomfortable I was trying to login just to check if my account is okay after receiving that 2 email from Anet asking me to verify my account legitimacy. I was worried that my account is stolen.

When I was trying to logon , it say My account had been terminated for tempering and modifying the game . I’m not sure how did I modify . I had stop for a month or so.

In the pass weeks when I was still plying I spend my time farming cof , wvw and spvp. In average we spend about 1-5 hours farming cof depending on my net conditions .

Most of the time I have Skype and team speak on.

Can you please help to check on this account. I’m sad , angry and feeling so helpless .

This is the wrong section to ask this unless you have a ticket bout this that is older then 3 days old. This mail is NOT from Arenanet (GW2) but from bad people trying to gain access to your account.

I received similar emails , feeling uncomfortable I logon to check my account if my account is intact . I’ve receive error , my account had been terminated due to tempering and modifying the game , But I was away for a month or so but my account got terminated ??? .

Thanks Inculpatus cedo. I’ve submitted a case for about a week now but seem to hopeless and helpless .I keep update and the case keep closing with no reply, feeling so angry & sad.

I reported the hacker to Anet the very same day, some days later I started my break from gw2 due to some reasons .

It never cross my mind to finding out what the hacker was using , I just wanted to reported him because I feel is unfair to everyone and I believed that Anet would take actions against him .

I receive 2 email from Anet asking me to logon to the support because Anet are concern about whether my account was stolen.

In the pass weeks when I was still playing I spend my time farming COF with a friend . In average 1-5 hours depending on my net conditions and spending my time wvw and spvp when he is not online.

Most of the time I have Skype and Team Speaks on.

It really hurt me a lot by being charged when I don’t know what is happening . I am really sad , angry and confused . Had spend hours in real life thinking about How , When , Why, What had happen to my account. Why is all this happening gave me bad headache till I had to go back on my medications.

What can I do now?

So helpless……Help ME please .
