Im having the same issue, but im using a geforce 550ti. so its not limited to ati only.

add my name to the list too. took my money, and only told me about half the time that i actually got the item i was trying to buy, so i end up buying more of items than i had intended. this mostly happened on crafting mats.

I have run AC twice now, both time when i go in all of my spell effects stop working. whether its my spells, party members, or mob/traps all spell effects cease work. cannot see when things are hitting me, no targeting graphic, not even fireballs shooting from the walls. this makes the dungeon unplayable.

8gb memory,
geforce 550ti 306.02 drivers
running off an ssd drive.
win 7 pro
