Thanks Thomas, you are right.
I did the achievement by exploding my phantasm.
But it is so weird. Why illusion not in count. it should be a part of Mesmer.
Is this under designed, or only a bug?

As the screen capture. I did a higher damage than the record.
The record didn’t update. And I cannot get the achievement.
