In case u want to check i made the last order of gems on the 25 of october. 100 euros – 8000 gems. the transfer was 31 of october. Do your Math properly! Either give the gems back, do the transfer or restore the money to my bank account, cause this is robbery!

I got one hell of a reply claiming i have 1450 gems for a couple of days and there is no log of gems beeing deducted. I KNOW I HAVE THAT CAUSE I GOT SUCH TOTAL SINCE THE LOSS OF THE GEMS! and until my issue was resolved i ddin’t use them anymore.
My game crashed during the process I had more than 3000 gems before I clicked teh transfer button and i had 1800 gems less when i loged back in the game and no transfer done! Wich was THE PRICE of the freakin transfer!
Check the darn logs properly, i had bought 8000 gems! SO I STIL HAD ENOUGH GEMS TO MAKE THE TRANSFER!
If you can’t find the info on the logs use MATH!!
Give me my gems back! or My Money! AND GET A BLOODY PROPER IN GAME SUPORT FOR PLAYERS! With actual people that can help on time! Get game masters!

I have and got no reply whatsoever.

Yesterday I tried to trasfer from the World server Far Shiverpeaks to Seafarer’s Rest, at the cost of 1800 gems. Thing is when i pressed transfer, a mini window appeared claiming there was na error and i should check my connection , the game froze, would not do anything so i had to Alt+F4 it. When i loged back in the game several minutes after, MY 1800 GEMS WERE GONE! and i was still at my original home world, far shiverpeaks.
Please help, either give me back my 1800 gems or move me to the server i wanted to change in the first place, wich is Seaferer’s rest.

Had the same issue and if not for my budies I really had no wish to play again, they told me Anet was going to solve the issue but their late response does not help.

I really hope they don’t make the event again, was absurd and not to be repeated.
Events “one time thing only” should be independent, short timed and spaced with a few or 1 hour of being repeated, would only happend on a weekend but should be in such way, players could actually enjoy and not stress about, and in case of fail you could try again and actually get a proper reward!

I was there since the start of the event , went trough all of the thing till the death of the Ancient Karka, when the cinematic started i was kicked out of the game and could not re-log back, it kept giving me a Log in error, and no, its not my pc, os, firewall or whatever. was totally on your part
Little is needed to say, that once i got back, there was no loot, chest or whatever after all that hell…
Thanks allot for getting my day ruined…
and of course i have no will , whatsoever, on participating on anymore events…

The 3 zones Gendarran, Kessex and Queensdale are bugged at Far Shiverpeaks, there’s no way to enter the mad realm. It has been bugged since at least 5 hours I’ve been on today.

No events going on, tho i opened a door to start the event but nothing happend after it, no chain to complete and get the mad realm to open…

Hi, I completed all the achivs excpet for the Atend the party one wich makes 6 completed achivs for the special event, yet my Emissary of the mad king counts only 4 halloween achivements, what the hell is that!?
Anyone with same issue?

I reported it 3 times cause since 2 days ago i’ve seen a diference in the counting, had 4 completed and showed 3, now i have 6 and shows 3….
And this after the hell of making the clock tower puzzle, worst thing ever in a game i played
