Everytime I select any character this error appears. This issue started when the festival of the four winds started. I wanted to join the even but I can’t because of this! Please help!

This happened to me too! It’s really frustrating! How can we enjoy the festival of the four winds if we keep on disconnecting? I asked some of my friends and they said that they are also experiencing the same thing. I hope you can fix this guys as soon as possible. We want to enjoy and experience the festival, but we can’t. Thanks!
