I just had the Problem in the fractals, nowhere else until now

I have the same problems right now:

Fractals of the Mists (Kodash DE)
Swisscom / Switzerland
Ping peaks of 10-30 seconds
about 5 seconds normal game flow.

I never had this before, and i just played it today afternoon (about 4h ago)
