Same happens here imy x Leah got banned for botting while doing the plinx farm in Orr I sent a ticket and had no reply 14 hours ago

I was permanently banned yesterday in middle of playing gw2 for botting, I have never done anything like that, I sent a ticket in straight away but have not had a reply yet, how long will it take to get a reply and will I get my account back when they realise there stupid mistake????
