massive battles raging at 7 fps is what this game is all about kittenen piece of kitten

i have a mid range system, athlon x4 @ 3.5ghz, 5870, 4gb ram. PvE and SPVP run great 60+ fps but wvw is a mess always 20-30fps sometimes teens in gate fights, just seems completely off when you look at the game requirements of the game. Wouldn’t even try running the game with those specs. Anyways i think adding an option in game to turn down effects would help with fps a good bit. Why isn’t this allowed on this game like every other game that has been made. Seems like it would help alot and i hope Anet implements it. suggestions?
