Anet please fix it. It seems the lag spike is getting worse and spreading worldwide. I have experienced it for weeks already

I have experienced this for few weeks already. And it keep getting worse. More and more people are complaining for the same thing

I am having difficulty into the game just now. And I have noticed recently, my in-game ping has risen considerably. I am experiencing lag regularly especially on huge meta event that involves a lot of players. Are there any problem with Anet servers?

I have nearly similar problem though mine is on cinematic. And I am also using ASUS laptop though. These are my specs:

This is my laptop specs with the blank screen problem:
ASUS ROG – GL 552JX
Intel Core i7-4750 HQ CPU @ 2.00 GHZ
RAM 4 GB
4 GB Nvidia GTX 950M DDR3
Windows 8.1 – 64 bit
It has a built in Intel Iris Pro Graphics 5200 in it as well.

I dont have problem with my old laptop. The specs of my old laptop:
ASUS N46VM
Intel Core i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.3 GHz
RAM 8 Gb
2 GB Nvidia GeForce GT 630M
Windows 7 – 64 bit

Hi there,

I just used a new laptop to play GW2. With this new laptop I can not view the cinematic. There is only sub titles and music/sound coming out but the screen is black. Something is wrong. It didnt happen with my older laptop.

Someone know how to solve this issue?
