Guild Wars 2

Im not that great with computers haha..i have no idea what the port stuff is.

I use to have gw2 downloaded and everything worked fine. I uninstalled it because i didn’t want to play anymore. I decided to try downloading it again, but it keeps saying
connection error(s) detected. Retrying….
Ive run virus scans and nothing shows up.
