I think doing it by person would be better than doing it by group because if you do it by group, then people could be getting a lot more rewards than just 1. If you have a core of 15 people how all raid together that are interchangeable and generally is at the top of this leaderboards, the different combination they could get of groups might allow them to take up a lot more spots on the leaderboards vs just 15 if it was by person.
Could not find a specific forum for feature requests / ideas so I figure I would put it here.
What would you guys think about adding some sort of leaderboard, like weekly, for raids and possibility give rewards for people in the top tier of scores? Elder Scrolls Online is an MMO that does it for their trails and I think it is a pretty cool feature. Even though I don’t need the extra incentive to raid, it would give some extra incentive for doing raids if something like a weekly reward is given for the top tier of scores (and do stuff like the better the score, the better the RNG or the reward). It would also allow people to see where they rank compared to others and allow people to be able to compared themselves to old score to see how much they are improving.
Does anyone know if something like this is in the roadmap for raids down the line?
Yea, I am not much of a pvp person (I will give it a try at some point but not right now) and from what I have read, with the nerf to dungeon rewards that recently happened (and maybe I am wrong but seems like only fractals have daily rewards), fractals seem like the most worth while activity that I will probably enjoy the most (dungeons / raids / trails are by far the most enjoyable part of MMORPGs that I have played in the past) until I get better at learning my class(es) and start doing raids.

My real end game in raiding so I know I want to just full ascended gear however I have not had the chance to get into guild missions (ran my first 2 last weekend) nor do I have a lot of other currency to buy ascended gear (like laurels) but I was told that a full set of exotic gear would at least let me be able to do lower level fractals as I build my currency to buy ascended trinkets (with will allow me to get Agony Resist and allow me to do higher fractals). I also have not had the opportunity to do many dungeons (only done 2 dungeons both in story mode) and figured fractals would be a good place to get familiar with co-op play in Guild Wars 2.
So I am relatively new to this game (couple of weeks) so maybe I am missing something but I am trying to get all exotic gear in order to start doing fractals in order to start getting what I need to get ascended gear (I believe I need the rewards from doing fractals to get ascended gear). I am trying to get all berserker gear, following this guide:

I can’t seem to find berserker back or earrings in the market place at all. I also don’t see berserker earrings in the exotic earring recipe list here:

Am I missing something or do I need to do something special to get exotic berserker back / earrings?
So I am relatively new to this game (a couple weeks) and I am trying to gear my druid / ranger in full exotic gear to be able to start running fractals. I am following this build:

I have all the gear expect the earrings and back because I can’t seem to find those items with the berserker stats. Looking at this list of earrings:

I don’t see berserker earrings there. Are those items just not available in the marketplace, is there something special I have to do to get those items?
So I am going to get my Revenant to lvl 80 pretty soon and was wondering what type of gear I need to be able to run Fractals as seems like dungeons are no longer worth it with the recent reward nerfs they got (i plan on using this build currently http://metabattle.com/wiki/Build:Herald_-_S/A). Do I need full ascended gear or is there some other gear that would be easier to get that would allow me to properly do fractals while I try to get ascended gear (which I have to look up how to do too)?
