Hello there, my account has been permanently blocked.

I think it was for using inappropiate lenguage with my PJ Aldan Darksoul but more than 72 hours have passed and I still am banned.

I will appreciate any reply, as I have been waiting more than 9 days for my local suppports answer (Spanish).

I was answered yesterday but my problem has not been solved at all (Only a recommendation to change my password)
