Guild Wars 2

I see blue boxes surrounding my character and in the scenery. I’ve been told this is a video card update (my is 10/7/2010). However, when I go to the AMD site and try the ADM Catalyst Mobility, it says it “cannot download due to incompatible hardware/software. The version of the graphics adaptor is not supported. Please contact notebook manufacturer.” I contacted Sony and they said I have the most updated version my model allows.

How can I play the game without the blue boxes? Please help me!

Did you ever find a solution to this? I just bought the game and am having the same issues with the same video card.

When ever I play, I have blue boxes that surround my character and objects in the distance. It looks like I have a video card issue. Attached are my laptops specifications.

I already updated my AMD through the Sony. website My laptop heats up (not any more than when I’m playing other games such as WoW, Skyrim, or SWTOR). My DirectX is 11 but I can’t install 9.

Any help would be appreciated.
