Go for the common meta, 6 5 0 0 3, gs axe/mace. it works for PvE.
I use hambow for PvP and WvW thou, even thou its not meta for WvW. 0 0 6 2 6
Zerk and Str runes for all. It will force u to train ur dodge or u die quickly.
