Guild Wars 2

Hey guys.
This has been happening to me recently but everytime I finish playing i log out of gw2. but when I log back in all my controls and graphic settings get reset to defualt. Its not a deal breaker where i lose all my stuff but i has gotten very annoying.

Any ideas how to fix it or what the problem is?

I am trying to complete plains of ashford. But its says that there are 19 waypoints and im missing one. I looked at Guild Wars 2 Cartographers and they all say that there are 18 waypoints. Is this a bug or what! Pls Help me.
