I must say finding out passwords where blacklisted was a pain as I have no clue any character names and was very disgruntled by the recovery question. Anet does have some very good customer service though my reply took about 30 minutes from when I sent in a ticket to when I got my response. I’ve only had similarly good customer service from one other company so this means a lot!
With this new start I’m treating it as such with a new toon I lasted played around December, whats new, what should I know, and any class recommendations? I rather enjoy support roles could care less if I’m the one dealing massive damage or helping the team, I enjoy pvp much more that pve but would also like to dabble in it.
