hahaha O i plan on buying gems these guys did not run me in circles asking me 800 questions i saved my cd key thank you baby jebus and they asked me 3 simple questions and got my account back. blizzard and burn in a hell. those guys ran me every direction but the one i wanted to go. Just shows you how much Anet is about thier players

I think paid expans are good just for the fact they need to make some money and the game is still free to play.

Out of all the games I have paid to play, I only waited 2 days for a reply which is awesome compared to weeks with blizzard. Pretty much My account got hacked and they took the time and delt with the issue in a professional manner. I am really happy that they take security serious. again thank you for helping me with my account problems and keep up the good work
